Rainfall Gin infused with Australian Rain 50ml Lemon 20ml Sugar 30ml White Peach & Jasmine Tonic 100ml Method Layer upon layer pour each ingredient into a high-ball glass. Finish off with Tonic to fill. Garnish with a Lavender sprig.
