Rainfall Distillery is located on the exquisite Ampersand Estates, in the Pemberton region of Western Australia. Nestled on the banks of the Donnelly River and surrounded by ancient karri forest.

Our location allows us to go straight from the farmer to the distillery within minutes assuring the freshest of ingredients are used throughout the fermentation and distillation process. A delicate art of science and technology comes together, as our Master Distiller applies meticulous care and attention to creating Rainfall’s contemporary blended and infused spirits.

Rainfall gins and vodkas showcase fresh contemporary seasonal ingredients grown in the Western Australia Southern Forests region. We partner with the community and local producers to understand available produce and varying flavour profiles influenced by the environmental factors each year. Each season we select the highest quality ingredients to showcase and pair perfectly with our Rainfall base spirit to create contemporary, vintaged vodkas and gins.

Each Rainfall artisanal vodka and gin is vintaged, following the seasons from year-to-year. Our aim is to craft vodka and gin that is distilled using selected ingredients from a single region and a single year – just like wine! Sourcing the finest local ingredients, we are producing spirits that exemplify the unique nature, botanicals, and essence of the region.

Infused with the taste of the surrounding land and the scent of the air, we use only the purest rainwater to distil our Rainfall artisanal spirits.
