Rainfall Distillery is located on the exquisite Ampersand Estates, in the Pemberton region of Western Australia. Nestled on the banks of the Donnelly River and surrounded by ancient karri forest.

At Rainfall Distillery, we believe that crafting premium spirits is both an art and a science. Our Master Distiller combines the two seamlessly, using our custom-built 16-plate Reflux Column Still to create each artisan spirit from start to finish.

Water is not simply ‘water’ at Rainfall Distillery. Nestled on the banks of the Donnelly River and surrounded by ancient karri forest, we directly source water from the rainfall on our estate. Infused with the taste of the surrounding land and the scent of the air, we use only the purest rainwater to distil our Rainfall artisanal spirits.
