SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY
Although we endeavor to maintain a full supply of stock, unanticipated interest on specific stock is unavoidable and could lead to items being unavailable for immediate delivery.
Shipping is fulfilled by the Australian Post. Once an order has been posted, we can not make any guarantees of delivery dates.
All orders are covered by the Australian Post up until $5,000.
Items may be shipped in multiple parcels, based on the total dimensions and weight of the items.
Shipping costs are calculated by the Australian Post based on the size and weight of your items.
Liquors with the original seal broken, or removed from their original packaging may not be returned.
All damaged goods must be immediately reported to us at info@rainfalldistillery.com.au.
Refunds will only be processed once the goods are returned to Rainfall Distillery and inspected. All returned goods must remain in their original packaging.
The refund will be processed to the bank account that the payment was received from. This procedure can take up to 7 – 10 business days before it reflects in your account.
